The EU Flagship Border Management Programme in Central Asia Launches Phase 11

On 21 May 2026, the 11^th phase of the Border Management Programme in Central Asia (BOMCA 11) was officially launched at the Opening Conference in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Between 30 March and 22 April 2026, the Border Management Programme in Central Asia – Phase 11 (BOMCA 11) conducted the first round of National Steering Group meetings across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
