With 28 years of experience, Ms Muminzoda is a professor in the Department of Political Education at the Military Border Institute of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan, specialising in history, a field in which she was awarded a Candidate’s degree in 2001. She is currently working on a doctoral dissertation, which would be a major professional achievement for her. Ms Muminzoda believes that hard work and willpower have helped her to achieve all she has.
