Zhusupbek kyzy Takhmina

31-year-old Tahmina has always been an active and creative woman with a dream of starting her own business, but she didn’t know where to begin. One day, while browsing social media, she came across an announcement about the recruitment for the women entrepreneurs acceleration program by the Insan-Leilek Foundation. Without hesitation, she applied and was selected to join the programme. Over the next six months, Tahmina learned all aspects of starting and growing a business. She worked diligently on her business plan, which helped her shape her ideas and set clear goals. To launch her business, Tahmina received a freezer and a dough-making machine. Now, her dumplings are famous throughout the village, and the number of customers keeps growing every day.
