Kursanova Mahabat

Mahabat Kursanova, a mother of six and a teacher, had long dreamed of opening her own fast food cafe. The idea first came to her while she was working in the catering industry in Russia, where she realized that cooking was her true calling. After returning to Kyrgyzstan, Mahabat and her husband bought a container, but they lacked the funds to open the cafe. Thanks to the project, she gained valuable knowledge in business and financial literacy, along with the necessary equipment. Today, Mahabat successfully runs a popular cafe in Boz-Adyr village, beloved by the local residents. Inspired by their success, the family plans to create a playground next to the fast food outlet, which will help expand their business and implement a socially significant initiative: opening a family recreation center in the village.
