Aziza, 29, a mother of two, has a husband who went to Russia as a labour migrant. She took part in a project aimed at developing entrepreneurship among women, successfully completed the training course, and won a business plan competition. “I regularly participated in the project’s training sessions, learned from other private entrepreneurs, consulted with mentors, and eventually decided to open a frozen fruit packaging business. It turned out to be a profitable venture,” Aziza shared.

Aziza was a participant of the project “Women of the Border Communities of Batken region for Economic Inclusion and Well-Being”, implemented by the Public Foundation ‘Insan-Leilek’ in 2023-2024, within the BOMCA 10 grant.
