With a higher education, Sapargul spent many years teaching foreign languages to children. Thanks to the project, she was also able to start her own business. After conducting some research on the local market, she created her own business plan, which led to her winning an idea contest and receiving equipment for her business. Currently, she runs a small home-based ice cream production business and provides services to the local community on proper dairy product storage. Through her activities, Sapargul makes a significant contribution to the development of her local community.

Sapargul was a participant of the project “Women of the Border Communities of Batken region for Economic Inclusion and Well-Being”, implemented by the Public Foundation ‘Insan-Leilek’ in 2023-2024, within the BOMCA 10 grant.
