Suyarova Aziza
During various rural holidays, Aziza and her neighbours from Jany-Jer village in the Batken region would bake different types of buns and gingerbread together. However, they could bake no more than 100 buns a day in a home oven, and preparing the dough was time-consuming. After completing the training through the project, Aziza, along with her neighbours, learned new baking techniques and recipes for 20 types of confectionery. Thanks to the equipment provided by the project, she was able to increase her production tenfold. The success of her business not only improved her economic well-being but also positively impacted her emotional and psychological state, which had been vulnerable due to the frequent armed conflicts on the country’s border.
