Gulbarchyn, 36, a mother of three, had worked in Russia with her husband for many years, where she learned the skills of a pastry chef. Before joining the project, she made small orders for relatives, cooking at home in small quantities. Thanks to her participation in the project, she acquired the necessary equipment and gained knowledge in marketing and customer relations. Gulbarchyn is now successfully growing her business, receiving orders for confectionery, especially during the wedding and celebration season. With a 50% increase in family income, she invested part of the funds in a new refrigerator to store food and finished products. She plans to open a fast food outlet offering ice cream and drinks, creating a place for her fellow villagers to relax. During busy times, Gulbarchyn calls on a neighbor for help, who also teaches her pastry skills in the process.
