Salimbekova Sapargul
With a higher education, Sapargul spent many years teaching foreign languages to children. Thanks to the project, she was also able to start her own business. After conducting some research on the local market, she created her own business plan, which led to her winning an idea contest and receiving equipment for her business.
Today, Sapargul delights her customers with pastries that seem to come straight from childhood: soft buns with fillings, melt-in-your-mouth cookies, and baklava that carries the warmth of her hands. Sapargul believes that real baking is not just about recipes, but also about the mood, which she generously shares with each of her guests.
